Shailene Woodley explains in an interview on the Late Show with David Letterman her bizarre beauty secret of eating clay. She said, “Clay binds to other materials in your body and helps your body excrete those materials – that are not necessarily the best for you.”
She consumes a teaspoon of clay daily.
